TRACY ROLLO MURCHISON

Executive Assistant

 

After graduating as Valedictorian of her high school class and receiving the top academic scholarship awarded at Covenant College on Lookout Mountain, Georgia, Tracy earned a Bachelor of Arts in English/Secondary Education.  Tracy began her career with Macy’s Department Stores in the mid-1990s as a sales associate.  Within two years she moved from store security detective to Regional Investigator, responsible for employee theft investigation for stores all over the state of Georgia, and then to Security Manager at Macy’s Riverchase in Birmingham, AL, responsible for all security operations, including training of store detectives and associates. 

 

After leaving Macy’s, Tracy spent over 15 years as a Legal Assistant at various law firms in the Atlanta area, whose practices included such specialties as criminal defense, insurance defense, litigation, banking, corporate, and energy law.  Tracy brought her expertise and experience to Strickland Security in 2014, originally as an editor for publications and then as Mr. Strickland’s Executive Assistant and Account Manager.  Among her responsibilities are managing numerous daily security guard jobs across the country, maintaining contacts with and vetting service partners, invoicing and accounts receivable, editing marketing and other materials, and customer relations.
