Abe obtained an Associates Degree in Police Science and a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Accounting at the University of New York City, New York.


He was accepted by the New York City Police Department (NYPD), following his college graduation. While attending the New York Police Academy, Abe was selected to work in the Intelligence Unit on Special Assignments. Two years later he excelled to the rank of Detective. The title he held for eighteen of his twenty (20) year tenure. After his career with NYPD Abe joined the Macy's Security department at Herald Square on 34th street in New York City as the Regional Security Manager of the store.


Abe later relocated to the city of Atlanta, Georgia and became the Director of the Office of Investigations and Compliance for Georgia's State Department of Medical Assistance. Because of Abe's professional expertise and performance he was promoted to Deputy Division Director of Legal and Regulatory Services. After 8 years with the department, Abe accepted the position of chief of Investigations with the state of Georgia insurance commissioner's fraud unit.


Abe began his next career in Washington, DC as Chief of Investigations and Compliance with the Department of Health, Medical Assistance Administration.


Abe's network partnerships consisted of local investigating agencies and had grown to include the: Federal Bureau of Investigations, U.S. Department of Health & Human Services; Office of Inspector General, Drug Enforcement Administration, U.S. Department of Justice, Metropolitan Police Department, the Environmental Health Administration's Bureau of Food, and the Drug and Radiation Protection Unit.

His illustrious service record, with the District of Columbia, concluded with his formal retirement after seven years of service.
